This is a Key Digital Systems component video switch. It has two component video inputs and one output. The switch can operate in a manual mode where it is required to push a button to change the switch from input to input or it can operate in a priority mode where the switch chooses one input automatically if a signal is present (input B always takes priority over input A). This works well for situations where at least one of the two inputs isn't present all the time (for example when turning on a piece of equipment sends video to input B, that input takes precedence over input A automatically switching to input B).

The unit is in good working order and includes the manual and power supply. The bottom of the unit is missing one of the four rubber feet though this doesn't affect the operation of the switch.
