It took a while to get to these but here are some photos from Rehoboth. We spent a few days there with Larui’s sisters after Jaimi and Jeremy’s wedding.
Lauri and I visited Chrysalis Winery and had a great time at the tasting. Kirsten and Kurt joined us for a picnic there and made a great day even better!

The last run of week 1. So far, things are back on track.
The second run of week 1 in the restarted Couch to 5K series. Lauri walked with me so I ended up doing runs out and walks back to her so my path is full of retraced steps. My shoulder held up well and didn’t cause any problems.
